It is our mission to raise the bar on efficiency, reliability, and accountability within the commercial janitorial and consumer carpet cleaning industries. This mission is accomplished with a unique business model, where our managers and employees work horizontally as a team.
Services Backed by Three Generations of Family Dedication
Mr. George McKay started the business in 1973. In the early 1990s, his son Keith McKay grew the company by adding more services. Today, the torch is passed down once again as his son, Marcus McKay, will continue the hard work of previous generations and expand on the growth and commitment Reliable Maintenance has provided for decades.
Marcus McKay
Marcus McKay is the Operations Manager at Reliable Maintenance Co. He helps manage day-to-day affairs and maintains relationships with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Marcus has always enjoyed being involved in the family business. In fact, at a young age, he was already managing a small staff and oversaw a few accounts. After attending college, he moved back to Des Moines to take on a more direct role in the company. He plans to incorporate his vision and experiences to take Reliable Maintenance Company to a new stage.
Andre McKay
Andre McKay is the Business Development Manager at Reliable Maintenance Co. His duties are to develop and implement growth opportunities by creating strategic partnerships around the Greater Des Moines area.
As a third-generation entrepreneur, Andre enjoys spending his free time sitting on the board of Fuse Des Moines Chambers of Commerce and other organizations which also include Friends of Des Moines Parks. This enables him to track new markets and emerging trends for long-term objectives.
